98. Rev Henry William Wilberforce3 was born on 22 September 1807.3 He died on 23 April 1873 at the age of 65.3 Henry William (Rev.) Vicar of East Farleigh, Kent, 1843-50, entered Roman Catholic Church 1850, editor of Catholic Standard 1865-65; born 22nd September, 1807, educated Oriel College, Oxford (B.A. 1830, M.A. 1833), married 24th July, 1834, Mary (died 27th January, 1878), second daughter and co-heiress (with her sister, Emily, wife of Bishop Samuel Wilberforce (see above)), of Rev. John Sargent, of Lavington, Sussex, and died 23rd April, 1873 - L G Pine

the youngest son of William Wilberforce , was an English Catholic journalist and author. He studied law at Oxford and was a pupil of John Henry Newman , through whose influence he later took orders as an Anglican priest. He served the Anglican church from 1834 to 1850, when he and his wife were received into the Catholic Church. After his conversion, he became proprietor and editor of the Catholic Standard, and wrote several books. - Wikipedia


Rev Henry William Wilberforce and Mary Sargent were married on 24 July 1834. Mary Sargent3, daughter of John Sargent and Mary Smith, was born in 1811. She died in 1878 at the age of 67.6
